Our Little Man
Here are some new pictures of Will. He's doing really well. Last week we had to take him into the doctor's office because mommy and daddy were going a little crazy hearing his crying (from about 6pm to midnight). We thought that he might have colic but the doctor said that it turns out that he is just a "high maintenance" baby. They diagnose a baby as suffering from colic when he cries for 12-20 hours every day. I guess life could have been a whole lot worse. Power to the moms who have babies with colic!
We have a pretty good baby on our hands now. The doctor said to give him some gripe water and gas drops. I couldn't find the gripe water in the store so I asked for some help and the lady laughed at me when I cheered because she found it. Maybe she had a crying baby at one point. Wow! What a difference. Hooray for gripe water! He's back to being a little angel.
This is the most recent picture of little William. I thought that I needed a good crying one because I'd want to look back and remember what it once was like. Also, I think he's so cute even when he cries... no bias.
Here is a picture of Erik and Will. I thought it was so cute that they matched.
Will and Kait just chillin on the couch. I am enjoying my time as a mom reading and taking care of my baby boy.
I had to put this one in because I think he's so funny when he takes tubbies. He has this glare that would make even the meanest person take him out and cuddle him.

So cute! Kylie use to get really fussy in the evening time too. She was very high maintenance. With time she eventually got better. I think the 6 week mark was the worse for her. I'm glad the gripe water worked for you!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know how things were going, So I am glad he madee it.
ReplyDeleteI was going to put you and Nicole in a post together but you both named your babys the same name.
I love the "Many Moods of Baby William"... so glad he's feeling more content. Is he getting blonder??? What color are his eyes now? Can't wait to see him again!
ReplyDeleteHahaha I laughed at the "High Maintenance baby" thing, and I love his tubbing face. He looks so cute and full of personality like his parents!
ReplyDeleteYou look WAY too good to have just had a baby! Way to go Kait! He's adorable and good luck with the 6-midnight business - before you know it, he'll be running around the house laughing!
ReplyDeleteHe is so adorable. Kait, you look amazing for just having a baby. Seriously, you look so cute! I'm sorry he has been fussy. That can really make your life stressful.
